The definitions of swearing by God at Maliki Madhab

Abstract

The topic of swearing in God is a vital and realistic issue and the people used to overdo it; Although the glorification of God entails that we underestimate the oath by Him; Then the conflict of interests among people pushes them to transgress the rights of one another, and one of them may deny a right, which he has no right t , Therefore, this study was looking at defining the oath by God in the Maliki school of thought.
