One of the most important periods in the Algerian history is the year1943, which is considered as a tremendous turning point in the liberation struggle call. This year has witnessed an important increasing national awareness among Algerian patriots by engaging in different intensive activities, which resulted in the reformulation of the February, 1943 manifesto by the political activists Abbes Ferhat who took upon himself the responsibility of liberating Algeria from the colonial clutch. This manifesto is considered as a unitary project that carried new demands stressing the existence of a national Algerian state.
