The provisions of Islamic Sharia came as a preservative of all human rights; how is it not? It is the universal message that is the finale of all messages. Therefore, it is corrected complementary and renewed.
It seeks to achieve everything that achieves human happiness in this world and the day after, among the rights guaranteed by Sharia. The right of the individual to a life of his own where he lives far from the eyes of people, and he does not accept that others see it in order to preserve his dignity and preserve his honor.
Because the manifestations of the right to privacy are numerous, this paper came to shed light on the right of correspondence, with an explanation of how the Islamic Sharia has preserved this important right.
