Introduction of the manuscript (the Body of papers system) by Sheik Mohammed Al-Taher Al-Talili

Abstract

This study aims to introduce the personality of Muhammad Al-Tahir Al-Talili and his manuscript, "The Body of Papers", in terms of his subject matter, his attribution to the author, the reason for his writing, his methodology in it, his sources, his scientific value, and his description of form and content. Through this research, we have reached a number of results, the most prominent of which is that the manuscript on the body of the papers or the ladder of access to the original manuscripts in the jurisprudence sciences should receive attention and attention like the rest of the systems, and that the ratio of the author's book to the original is undoubtedly correct.
