The Method of Ibn Abd-al-Barr Al-Namari Al-Qurtubi( D 463AH/1071AJC) in responded to the kharijites through his book "altamhid"

Abstract

The kharijites sect appeared at an early period in the History of Islam. It defends its origins and fights for, that made the Oulamas confront it, like Ibn Abd-al-Barr al-Namari al-Qurtubi (D 463AH/1071AJC) This study aims to show the Method of Ibn Abdel Barr in responded to the kharijites through his book "altamhid", and disclosure of the rules that Ibn Abdel Barr based it his Method to nullify their famous assets, and show his opinion on their narrators and how to deal with them evaluate the his Method. Using the method Inductive analytical descriptive, the results obtained very Important as diversity of the issues who treat it in his book as the doctrine, el fikh ,the narration, and diversity of the rules used from him as Holy Quran ,The Sunnah and others.
