Not completing Hajj or Omrah with respect to the permissibility of finishing Ihram (Tahallul) – A comparative juristic study. In this study, the researcher discusses two juristic issues related to being prevented from completing the required acts of Hajj and Omrah and the finishing of Ihram (Tahallul), namely prevention by illness and prevention by an enemy. The study highlights the differences between the two cases from the perspective of those scholars who differentiated between them and identifies the exact points of consensus and dispute. Different scholarly opinions are presented along with the origin behind the dispute leading to the chosen opinion. The study is divided into four topics: Topic 1: The points of dispute and what brings the two issues together and what separates them. This is divided into two parts: Part 1: The points of dispute and the common aspects. Part 2: The differences between the two issues according to those who differentiated between them. Topic 2: The evidences of those who differentiated (the majority). Topic 3: The evidences of those who did not differentiate (Hanafis and those who agreed with them). Topic 4: The reason for the dispute and the chosen opinion. A conclusion
