These papers discuss one of the important doctrinal issues, which has raised many questions, and a torrential stream of controversies revolved around it. It is an issue: the period of stay during which prayers are shortened while travelling. This study came to clarify the sayings of scholars in the ancient and modern times about them, and the transmission and rational evidence that they relied on, and then reveals the list of defenses contained in these inferences; To conclude the most correct opinion on the issue, according to what the hadith and effect lead to, and the aspect of reasoning and consideration is drawn to it.
This research paper is included in a new endeavor, and Said's proposal; In the call for the fairness of the followed jurisprudential schools, and to reduce the blameworthy fanaticism of people’s jurisprudence, as these lines aim at training and training in the manufacture of the wise jurisprudential mind, and the formation of the jurisprudential faculty, which can only be achieved through foresight on the words of the enemy, and the most important sayings and jurisprudence.
