Abstract

And the position of scholars of origins, old and new, on it. In our critical study, we rely on the inductive and analytical approaches. This is done through two main axes: the first of them; through it, we reveal the most important sciences that have been mixed with the science of jurisprudence and its positive and negative effects on it.
