Mullah Khosrow’s reconsiderations on al- Zamakhshari through his footnote on tafsir al-Baydawi - Interpretation of Surat Al-Fatihah as a model –

Abstract

This study aims at investigating the reconsiderations on al-Zamakhshari through the footnote of Mullah Khosrow on tafsir al-Baydawi (the interpretation of al-Baydawi) and elucidating the scientific discussions between al-Zamakhshari, al-Baydawi, Mullah Khosrow, and other footnote writers. The research is limited to presenting and analyzing eleven passages in the interpretation of surah al-Fatihah as a model, in which the reconsiderations varied from tafsir (interpretation), to Quranic readings, to Fiqh, to hadith, and language.
