Abstract

The cognitive integration of Islamic sciences clearly shows that any issue that is coming before the hard-working jurist of any kind is attracted by several disciplines such as (Fiqh, Kalam, Sufism), and the contemporary jurist cannot judge or consider it from his vision of specialization. One, but it must be studied from the perspective of different fields of disciplines related to the coming down, and the behavior of the approach of collective diligence across the jurisprudence synods, and the integration takes place and takes the landing in all its aspects and circumstances and reach a collective decision that holds a great deal of right.

This research tries to clarify within the question of the rehabilitation of the jurisprudence: Cognitive integration between the various fields and disciplines of science, especially legitimacy, including: jurisprudence and its origins, theology, behavior, Hadith, language ... etc., and take a model for this integration: Sheikh Zarrouk, which is illustrated through his books owning the corner of the fatwa.
