Abstract

This paper seeks to illustrate the impact of the relationship between Balancing interests and evils of the five necessities Including in debt and the spirit in Sharia and the new Corona pandemic, by revealing the criteria for Balancing interests and evils, their and its effect on judgment and saying and the many issues and pitfalls created by the new Corona pandemic and the consequences they have had. It has been concluded through this research that the criteria for balancing debt and the spirit in Sharia To achieve the most correctin various legitimate matters relating to Covid 19 That has led to problems in it, and this important relationship and its impact have been illustrated by the presentation of some of the doctrinal models that have highlighted this, thus demonstrating the validity of Islamic law for every time and place
