This study is an attempt to understand the issue of correlated or conditional sale, and it tries to show the reality of this commercial practice and its economic and social impact, to indicate the position of the Algerian legislator on it, and then to reach a legitimate adaptation of it, To determine the extent of her approval or violation of the provisions of Islamic law.
