Abstract

The climate change phenomenon is considered as one of the biggest environmental problems nowadays. This is because of its damages made by human modern scientific and technological inventions beside Man's invasion of space. All these doings had a catastrophic effect on the earth planet. This continuous activity led to an environmental pollution that left very dangerous damages.Algeria is one of the countries that were affected economically from this phenomenon as a result of drought, floods and different diseases that affect agricultural crops.
