This article deals with the most important environmental threats facing the environmental security, and the human being in particular, which is the phenomenon of climate change. This latter has several effects such as pollution of water sources, erosion of natural forests, as well as the increasing in global warming rates and so in General impacts on the environment vival elements. This article look at the relationship between achieving economic development and raising living standards for human beings and between maintaining the framework of public deals. In another sense how can the phenomenon of climate change affect the natural balance, and so the development in the field of Public deals ?
