The declaration of property is one of the mechanisms stipulated by Algerian legislation and other comparative legislation to ensure transparency in public affairs, and the protection of public property and safeguard the integrity of the persons in charge of public service, so what is the effectiveness of this mechanism in preventing and control corruption ? And therefore in accordance with the law and the applicable texts .
and in terms of the persons concerned with the declaration of property and their status, as well as the entity under which the authorization is being issued, and in terms of the penalties for violating the duty of declaration Comparing all this with Tunisian legislation in order to stand at the most prominent differences between the two legislations, and thus benefit from the proper and effective way in applying this constitutional mechanism to promote the principle of good governance in the Maghreb countries.
