Indirect support for small and medium enterprises in Algeria The Export and Import Law "as a model"

Abstract

This article deals mainly with exports in the sector of small and medium enterprises outside the hydrocarbon sector in Algeria, because of its great importance in the promotion and development of this sector, which can be contributed in providing job opportunities, a growing increase in investment opportunities and thus the development of the national economy.

Through this study, we try to shed light on the reality of the export in the sector of small and medium enterprises by showing the major role of the export law in this point, and this can clearly appear through focusing on the exact measures to develop exports of this sector outside the hydrocarbon sector, in addition to talking about the institutional systems that will support this sector in Increasing its exports and achieving its goals in this field.
