"Restorative justice" has been able to impose itself as a new option that is a product of justice and an alternative model for criminal justice, and to strengthen its role it has begun to consider the possibility of this model being practiced in the digital environment as a modern option for restorative practices. The research concluded that "restorative justice" has a modern criminal philosophy that replaces the traditional view of crime from the violated norm to the harm done to individuals most affected by crime in order to reform human relations as a moral and social reaction to crime according to formal and informal mechanisms. Research shows that technology can provide a digital environment for restorative justice, provided confidentiality and information security are adhered to.
