Abstract

The close overlap between environmental rights and a number of human rights has always impeded these human rights due to environmental damage. The protection of environmental rights through international human rights law plays a major role in achieving the greatest effectiveness in respecting recognized human rights, but The existence of international conventions on human rights is not enough, but it is necessary to look for mechanisms through which individuals can resort to international bodies, the Convention on Human Rights Control, in order to defend their environmental rights, which have been abused in order to raise the harm done to them in this particular area. In the absence of sufficient foundations to protect the environment as a human right.
