Abstract

The concept of Global Governance implies mechanisms of regulation processes that involves a governmental actors represented by "formal decision-making institutions" and non-governmental actors implying a set of "private firms, organizations of civil society and epistemic communities", which interacts on a common view to global policy issues and its governing mechanisms as embodiment of the idea of a global public good that should not be abused or destroyed by either individuals or governments. So, it is supposed to be a non-conflictual process that restricts private and public behaviors that would expose individuals to imminent threats.
