Legal regulation of electronic signature in algerian law

This research aims to study the electronic signature and its effectiveness to achieve trust and credit among its dealers. The Algerian legislator has set stricter controls than the traditional signature, as it is created according to a secure mechanism that relies on technical means that secure and guarantee the confidentiality of the data used to create it. He also set up authorities, each of which has its competence to secure the electronic signature. The purpose or problem of this research is the adequacy of the current legal texts to regulate the provisions of electronic signature. And the adopted approach is the analytical approach to these texts. The second is the percentage of his signature.
