Abstract

rtant theory wich has captured the attention of researchers in constitutional law on all continent.

it is a doctrinal movement that accompanied constitutions since her emergence and in their spread.

it provided all times constitutions with critics and ideas to be respected by states.

Today, constitutionalism aspires that the constitutional judge will be stronger than the executive authority, in order to avoid an all that can happen if the executive authority alone takes over all tasks and powers.
