Domestic Service or Domestic Work is one of the oldest Professions, and the most prevalent since ancient times. Its emergence is closely linked to the history of slavery, colonialism, and other forms of servitude. Domestic service is one of the things that the first Islamic community knew- in his era- peace be upon him, The era of the Rightly Guided Caliphs, the Umayyad eras and those who came after them, but the new emerging is “migration to a neighboring country or even a very distant country to practice this profession, as a result of the developments and changes that occurred in various human societies, which can be considered as calamities and developments whose jurisprudence must be explained legal.
