Many governments and groups during armed conflicts carry out forcible transfers against civilians and populations, directly by either transferring them within the borders of one country or displacing them to other countries, or indirectly with intimidation and persecution in order to force them to flee the areas where they live in it legally.
This study aims to adapt the crime of forced deportation, and to determine the competence of the International Criminal Court to pursue those responsible, and its role in enshrining victims' rights such as the right to compensation
