Légalité of remote visual conversation and guarantees of application at interrogation stage

In its modern criminal policy,the Algerian legislator has adopted more modern legal mechanisms capable of confronting technological development to ensure the promptness of proceedings and the adjudication of cases within reasonbale deadlines by activating video conference under Law 03/15.however, the legislator has linked the use of this technology to the range of guarantees that would ligitimize it, especially regarding the interrogation of the accused. This study aims to introduce this new procedural technique in Algerian legislation and to stand at the guarantees of its work using analytical and descriptive research methods. the results indicated that the legitimacy of this technique depends on the quality of the used technical means.
