The study aims to highlight the positive impact of the innovation of a new product represented by the salt-resistant cement (CPA-CEM I 42,5 ES) on the performance of Ain Touta Cement Company (Batna) represented in the volume of sales, and the results obtained showed that the innovative new product has contributed to raising the volume of sales and financial results.
The two researchers presented some proposals, the most prominent of which are: The corporation should try to work on expanding the experience of producing salt-resistant cement to include other regions in the Algerian south, especially those suffering from the phenomenon of the rise of groundwater, in addition to developing the rest of the sand and gravel production units to work according to environmental conditions.
