Community partnership is one of the tools for activating democracy in society and a tool for change through which it is possible to contribute to building a free and just democratic society, in which public affairs are managed through and for citizens on the basis of respect for human dignity, social justice and equality among all citizens, and through participation, the determination and energies of citizens are mobilized. To contribute to facing the challenges of human development At the local level, the partnership between the local civil society, the local private sector, and the local citizen is a community partnership complementary to modern management and a dedication to the principles of local governance. If you apply the correct approach, you will eventually achieve what is known as local development. There are several models that enshrine the principle of community partnership and achieve a distinguished success, such as Japan. Which was adopted in the field of police... and other models that will be dealt with in this study.
