Exploration of mineral resources is one of the activities carried out in the marine areas beyond the borders of the national jurisdiction (the international area). Where can the cultural heritage be found in these marine areas during exploration operations, which requires consideration regarding it, with all seriousness, to remedy the dangers surrounding it, from this Perspective International conventions have focused on the issue of protecting and preserving this cultural heritage within the international cooperation plan based on the exchange of information and coordination between specialized agencies, in order to embody international efforts and dedicate effective means of protection for this type of cultural heritage, as the history that expresses the civilizations and cultures of different peoples, and this It comes in the context of the need to respect the relevant international conventions.
