The legal protection prescribed for the child in danger between ensuring his health and morals in Algerian legislation

The present research aims to identify the risks profiles that threat the children's health and morals , and indicate how the Algerian legislative system deals with it ; in order to ensure the child protection and fending off the threat .
These profiles have restricted to: smoking, alcohol, drug, and psychotropic substances , where it was reached that although the state's efforts to ensure the child protection; they aren't enough to achieve the desired goals ; considering the ever-increasing in children's exposure to these profiles, especially with the appearance of the digital drugs , and the law's enability to regulate them .
So that's call for a real activation of the civil society role , in order to maintain the child's health and morals .
