Abstract

The commercial representation contract plays an important role in serving the national and international economy, and it is one of the forms of commercial agency and a kind of mediation in concluding commercial deals in which the mutual interest of the contractors is achieved. This study is an attempt to define it and to expose the legal implications that it entails.
