Participative democracy in Algeria: th Cabdl projct a field experiment for establishing participation culture

The present study aimed at analysig the role played by participative democracy as a new manner of local management.this new manner aims at improving social services throughout adapting policies for the sake of satisfying local necessities.
This process requires an enhancement of the citizen’s role who is deemed as a partner with all the efficient parts in the development process. He is then required to create new mechanisms. That is what Algeria aims to realize within a comprehensive programme Cabdl of enhancing local factors abilities in 2016 in an effort to achieve the principle of joint action for all actors in the dovelopment of their region in addition to affording the appropriate platform to embody local governance principle.
