This study, which deals with the subject of intellectual property, aims to shed light on the main reasons that made developed countries demand developing countries to raise the levels of protection in the field of intellectual rights, which are considered among the most important human necessities, and the concept of these rights has changed in response to the requirements of globalization, as it has become of a nature In addition, everyone has become sure that protecting the holders of these rights contributes greatly to achieving technological and economic progress.
