The study dealt with an important topic of the new administrative law in light of the development witnessed by information technology and the accelerating trend towards modernizing administrative work and providing public services electronically.
Dealing with the electronic administrative decision has become an urgent matter, especially in light of the Corona pandemic, to meet the general needs of citizens and maintain the regular and steady functioning of public utilities, but in the electronic world, a natural person, or even a legal person, must identify himself in the eyes of other actors from During the announcement of his identity, since any transaction carried out by electronic means raises suspicion among the people and accordingly it is required that the electronic administrative decision enjoy the same authority granted to the traditional administrative decision in the field of its proof and enforcement that it be signed by electronic signature.
