The environmental management system is considered as an economic and administrative method that is relied upon to achieve the optimum development and exploitation of renewable and non-renewable environmental resources. Environmental management of new cities is considered an effective tool to protect the environment in urban and urban settings in general, and it has an effective role in achieving sustainable development in this field, leading to the sustainability of the new city and the well-being of individuals.
