Abstract

In the subject of the study, we discuss the state’s approach to settling ownerless real estate according to the vacancy theory and calculating unclaimed real estate during the survey; By exposing the content of these settlements, their dimensions, and the desired goals through their legislation, which in their entirety serve the desired goal of most countries, which is to circulate a one-month real estate system that guarantees the security of real estate transactions and the rights of owners, not to mention activating the role of real estate at all levels.

This study concluded the effectiveness of the vacancy theory in addressing the situation of unclaimed real estate during the survey and reducing the effects of the latter on the real estate itself because of its disruption to its effective role in the national economy.
