The significance of participation in the legal system of the National Civil Society Observatory

Abstract

The aim of the study is to read in the Presidential Decree No 21-139 related to the National Observatory of Civil Society, in order to determinate the participation indicator and for enabling the actors of society inside the observatory to achieve the objectives of its establishment, especially with regard to upgrading national values and citizenship within society and contributing to community awareness in order to reflect national development on the basis of a participatory approach.

We concluded the positive and pivotal role of establishing the observatory as a framework for dialogue and consultation.
