Graduation in the age of the juvenile suspended for consideration in Algerian legislation

Abstract

The age of the beginning of the arrest of the juvenile for consideration is determined at the moment of the commission of the offense or the attempt to commit it, which was determined by the Algerian legislator at the age of thirteen years. On a set of guarantees provided to him by the Algerian Child Law No. 15_12 of July 15, 2015 with regard to his arrest for consideration, guarantees established in all stages of his life and before he reaches the age of eighteen, and in which he always took into account his young age, which requires a kind of corrective and educational treatment Instead of injunctive treatment.
