eeds changing through the time it becomes necessary constitutions revision to still compatible with this will but at the same time the revision must be preserved from government intervention and manipulation for personnel aims by prevent texts revision which political experiences have shown that it remains respectful and binding as long as it conforms to the political trends of the prevailing system of government, and becomes without any value in changing these trends, which sparked a jurisprudential debate about the legal value of these texts.
