The rights and freedoms proclaimed by various international charters and internal legislation of countries, including Algeria, are many, but the most important and prominent among them remains the right to a fair trial, as justice between people in everything in general, and justice in trial in particular, makes people You trust their governments, and this will lead to security, stability and tranquility, and this is of course reflected positively on transactions, the economy and other transactions, which also leads to interdependence and cohesion among members of the same society.
