Electronic contracting in the field of public procurement

Abstract

Electronic dealing is an imperative imposed by reality, due to scientific and technological development. The electronic transaction has goals, including speeding up the completion of the procurement and avoiding obstacles encountered on the ground, the study revolves around the extent of the effectiveness of legislative texts in promoting electronic transactions.

We focus on the process of shifting from traditional to electronic contracting and the image of this transformation through the electronic portal system. And we concluded that there is a national efforts in developing the legislative system.in this area and the role it plays the electronic portal in attracting investments.
