This search aims to address the problem of work accidents and to clarify the compensation from which the worker or his equivalent would benefit if he was exposed to a work accident that resulted in a temporary total disability, according to the descriptive and analytical approach, and to clarify the role of compensation, which is to repair the injury suffered by the injured.
If the worker or those in his position are exposed to a work accident that causes him a total temporary disability to work, he shall benefit from a legally assessed penalty compensation paid to him by the Social Security Authority, and as it is a compensation determined under special legislation, it is limited to bodily injury only, but the legislator has expanded From the concept of work accident, as it included accidents that occurred during or in connection with work, and it also expanded the list of beneficiaries of compensation for work accidents.
The injured person in a work accident benefits from compensation in the form of in-kind payments that would fix the physical damage that occurred to the worker, and restore the activity and function of the injured member to the state it was in, even roughly, and the injured also benefits from monetary payments legally estimated according to the period of disability that occurred to him.
