Abstract

The Corona pandemic has depleted the world's economies and their security institutions in light of global health and safety demands and has subjected the world to total point-of-sale closures to limit the epidemic cycle and limit the exacerbation of the crisis.

However, despite the state of panic and panic the world is witnessing, organized crime groups have maintained their influence and criminal authority on a large scale by exploiting the current situation for the prosperity of their business, growth and adaptation to this is happening, as the criminal arena has witnessed the growth of activities of organized criminal groups significantly due to the epidemic crisis, especially those related to drug trafficking, electronic fraud, corruption and money laundering offenses.

Despite this Interpol as an international security institution is still working to deal with the activities of organized criminal groups to limit their spread and exacerbation in light of the epidemic crisis, to record successful detection operations and limitation of many activities.
