Integration of renewable energies and their investments in the new urban environment: a trend towards modernization or a choice to protect the environment

The present analytical inductive study aims at further clarifying the trend of the Algerian legislator towards integrating renewable energies and their investments in the new urban environment, and also to clarifying the Impact of this operation on the interface of sustainable urban development, through providing applications of modernization of the new architecture and the protection of the environment by using renewable energies.
The results confined that the target of the project was in its beginning based on mere environmental consideration, to became finaly an adoption of modern ways in the processes of construction similar to the green building and the smart city, and all what is achieved such as the support to the sustainable urban investment, and the approach between its environmental and economic efficiency.
