Traditional basic concepts of state power declined in the age of Siberian power and were replaced by the power of knowledge as the basis of intelligent power. Similarly, the Fourth Generation Revolution has spawned technological innovations, most notably the Blockchain Distributed Block Series System as the latest global digital revolution, and the e-governance approach to understanding the technology and digital revolution.
According to that, this study came to understand the role of
e-governance as the incubator environment of the blockchain system and its role in reducing corruption between capacity and imperfection, leading to a clear vision of leading international models within three axes. The study found that the distributed mass chain system is a double-edged weapon. On the one hand, it provides transparency, decentralization and reliability, and on the other, it poses a threat to the security of the State through its loss of electronic sovereignty.
