Relevance is one of the main principles that ensures equality between litigants before the court, which may not rule without the personal presence of the parties, but the Corona pandemic restricted the freedom of litigants to move to court, which made it difficult to apply this principle, so it was necessary to consider establishing an electronic judiciary in which electronic mediation in civil cases would be the most important pillar so that the meeting of intermediaries and adversaries in the digital space was not tangible.
