Despite the fact that the algerian legislator has adopted the principle of freedom of prices, which enables the enterprise to set the appropriate price of the goods or service that it offers, the practice of this freedom should not lead the enterprise to utilize the prices as way to domage a given market through the deviation from the free market principles
When the enterprise is in a dominance status, the jeopardy of the competition of prices escalates. consequently, the influence over the regular principles of prices through the encouragement of increasing or decreasing them artificially is considred to be an abuse that needs to be fought, through the procedures undertaken to face those practices that go against the competition. In addition to the verdicts related to the integrity of trade practices which is considred a guarantee to the sound implementation of free price principle.
