Transparency International's Corruption Perceptions Index has confirmed the growing corruption phenomenon in the Maghreb countries, ranking among the most corrupt countries in the world. In contrast, there are no typical solutions to fighting corruption, but there are lessons to be learned from anti- corruption techniques adopted by countries that have been remarkably successful in developing their results over the past decades. In addition, the fight against corruption is not limited to the official authority of states, but also extends to individuals, associations and civil society institutions that play an active and decisive role in this field.
Through this intervention we try to address the phenomenon of corruption in a definition and thoroughness with the diagnosis of the reality of the phenomenon in the Arab Maghreb countries and to stand on efforts to combat corruption and address it.
