Anti-Corruption Bodies and Mechanisms in Algeria in Order to Engage in International Efforts to Confront the Phenomenon

The study aimed to identify the bodies and mechanisms to combat corruption and prevention in Algeria in order to activate the engagement in international efforts to confront it,Where Algeria is one of the countries that are ranked in the back of the countries that know the spread of corruption, according to international reports, which requires the identification of existing bodies, which is supposed to play a crucial role and important in the fight against corruption and the preservation of public money in Algeria, through the legal texts and legislation for control,The study concluded that, despite Algeria's efforts in preparing a new strategy to combat corruption according to a comprehensive legal and institutional system, it was able to comply with international and regional standards to combat corruption, but it still did not qualify it to limit the continued spread of this negative phenomenon in the country.
