Transparency is a reform issue that plays an important role in the process of elimination and the reduction of corruption in all its forms, exposing the state's planning and executive activities to citizens in order to activate the process of citizen participation in the process of creation and decision-making. Transparency is also one of the most important axes of economic development and society. In addition, civil society has played a major role in this process through its preventive role in all its means to succeed a culture of transparency in line with the process of reducing corruption.
