Recently the financial corruption phenomenon in Algeria has taken a very dangerous path, mainly after stroking multiple important economic sectors and which left a direct negative impact on economic development opportunities in the country because of the deficiency of budgets destined to finance development projects locally or nationally. That has led the Algerian legislator to put a group of the institutional mechanisms throughout the creation of before and after control bodies to prevent and fight corruption. In addition, the parliament has been given many control authorities in the public money control
