The position of the Algerian legislator on electronic marital treason and its effect on the dissolution of the conjugal association

Abstract

This study came to know the Algerian legislator's attitude from adultery electronic from where criminalization and punishment, the resulting effects are related to the dissolution of the conjugal association. Reaching the conclusion that adultery electronic as a result of the world's transformation into a small village through the World wide Web, however the Algerian legislator did not address her with criminalization and punishment, despite its influence on the dissolution of the conjugal association.
